Sourced from a limited number of dedicated farms, deeply experienced in Japanese style Wagyu feeding programs, our Australian Wagyu comes from Fullblood Wagyu Bulls crossed with an Angus or Shorthorn dam or what's known as an F1 dam, which is 50% Wagyu, 50% Angus. This has created a multi-award winning product that explodes with flavour as soon as you bite into it.
