Truffles Puree

White Truffle Puree is a product made from authentic White Truffles also known as Alba Truffles (Tuber Magnatum). The rich paste has a strong White Truffle flavor and great aroma and is packaged in a convenient container. To retain the flavor of the truffle, it is best to add the puree after the cooking phase, just prior to serving.

Ingredients:

 white truffle (tuber magnatum pico) 71%,cream, extra virgin olive oil, salt, cornstarch (thickener) truffle flavor, citric acid (acidulant), garlic pepper (contains milk).

Once opened, use within 7 days
