Our sausages are hand-made in-store every week using fresh ingredients only. There are no fillers, preservatives, or nitrites added to any of our sausages, just meat, seasoning, and natural casings!
Our Wild Boar comes straight from a small family farm and the sausage is made with the trimmings of these animals along with fresh shiitake mushrooms, scallions (or garlic scapes depending on the season), salt, pepper, and garlic.
